We do not transfer any data. Since we do not collect or store data, we do not transfer personal data to third parties or across borders.
7. Permissions
- Camera and Motion Sensors: Required to enable augmented reality functions. Input is processed on-device and not collected by Visionaries 777.
- Photo Library: We do not request access to your photo library.
- Notifications: We do not send notifications.
8. Third‑Party Services
The App uses the following third‑party technology strictly to enable core AR functionality:
- Vuforia Engine – Provides computer vision capabilities (e.g., image/target tracking) required for AR features. Vuforia Engine processes camera frames on-device to detect targets and does not transmit this data to Visionaries 777.
Please review Vuforia’s documentation and privacy materials to understand their technology and device‑level processing. Visionaries 777 does not receive personal data from Vuforia Engine.
9. Children’s Privacy
KERIS AR is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). As we do not collect data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Security
We design the App with privacy by default and minimize data flows. As no personal data is collected or transmitted to us, risks are reduced. Standard platform security and permissions still apply to AR functionality on your device.
11. Your Rights
Because we do not collect or process personal data, requests to access, correct, delete, or port personal data generally do not apply. If you contact us and provide information (e.g., an email), you may request deletion of that correspondence at any time.
